If Cap and Trade get passed, I have NO doubt that the Dems will get their asses handed to ‘em whether or not the GOP get’s it’s act together.
Folks seem to forget that when Bush was POTUS, the Democrats didn’t come up with one new idea - NONE - and yet they won total control of the Federal Government by doing nothing more than bitching and moaning, mostly, I’m convinced, because the economy was going down the toilet. If the economy doesn’t pick up SOON - and with Cap and Trade it won’t pick up at all - I think all the GOP has to do is say NO to these daft spending plans of the Left to win. I’d rather see the GOP come up with lots and lots of positive ideas, TOTALLY INDEPENDENT OF WHAT THE LEFT is talking about at the moment, but either way, the Dems will sink surely as the economy will sink.
