This is nothing new. The Navy’s launched 120+ Tridents in the last 20 years. The Alabama did one earlier this year. The Louisiana in 2008. The Henry M Jackson did one in 2007. Much ado about nothing. Don’t kid yourself into thinking Obama’s finally found his testicles and has decided to use them. This is STRATCOM doing business as usual.
