They’re doomed. I think it’s going to be 6-3 in the end. Their whole argument against same sex marriage is that it offends their religious beliefs. Well people argued the same about interracial marriage too.

The only way it’s 6-3 is if Roberts decides that his historical legacy as Chief Justice is worth more than the howling of the rubes.

I’m guessing it will be 5-4, with Kennedy writing the opinion.
