Can someone explain to me how realclearpolitics.com’s polling average includes the +1 Obama Associated Press/GfK from 9/13 to 9/17 but drops the Obama +7 poll from Reason-Rupe/PSRAI, which covers the same date range?

RCP seems to have a fairly, let’s say flexible criteria for when they choose to drop polls from their average.

They include only one poll per pollster at a time, so maybe there is a more recent poll by them.
