What to look out for is how Barr and Rosenstein say the report didn’t “find” collusion or conspiracy, whereas the quote directly following says “did not establish”; to me that indicates that they couldn’t meet the extremely high bar necessary for criminality. I’m have a feeling this first take in the letter will not go unchallenged by the House Dems.
