and two, of interest to me, the bribery is related to the 1 Malaysia Development Berhad, or 1MDB scandal, with so so so so many tentacles.

Now back to reading the indictment, I need to figure out if Foreign National A is former Malaysia Prime Minister Najib Razak, or more interestingly, Malaysian “businessman” Jho Low, who is at the center of the 1MDB scandal and who is currently on the lam…or someone else.
