I grew up on not only MTV (back when they pretty much just played music videos), but Disney’s version, DTV, which were these filler segments between “real” shows on the early Disney Channel where they’d play some of the top-40 hits as the soundtrack for classic Disney cartoons.

Had a boomer father who loved music. That helped.
