I don’t think wingnuts’ actually believe PTSD exists. To psychopaths like West, where killing and maiming people is a pleasurable activity, the idea that the horrors of war could leave people messed up just reflects their limp-wristed, effete tendencies. You never heard about PTSD among the real men who fought for southern rights, do you?
