I’m not sure that’s fair to the ‘shine. Of course, if you really want something that makes both Grappa and corn moonshine look good, find a home distilled Slivovitz. I knew an old Yugoslav gent who came to Germany after ‘45 and ran a gasthaus and made his own. I think it was his revenge against the US for winning the war… O_o
