Trump is daring Merchan to do just that. I don’t think it’s a good idea to cross Merchan (or most judges) by threatening witnesses, jurors, etc.

It should also force DC, GA, and FL cases to get Trump and prosecutors to file papers as to why bail should not be revoked in their cases for violating the no violation of law provisions in their respective bail conditions.

Trump’s problems are multiplicative.
