Can’t you internalize it? I mean, you recognize that you’re doing it, since you’re posting in the hopes of being talked down.

Otherwise, I mean, I guess therapy or something would be recommended. The internet is not a replacement for professional help.

Especially since most of what you seem to get angry about is people being collectively punished, and then express a desire to collectively punish. It’s pretty deeply odd.
