Part of the point of the anti-choice movement is to run those defending constitutional rights out of money.

The forced-birthers use state government tax funds to fight these cases while organisations like NARAL, the ACLU, and Planned Parenthood all have to use donations.

That’s one reason the cases will never go away; the anti-choicers are using pro-choice taxpayers’ money to fight these things.
