Jeb Bush was the smarter brother. I don’t like his stance on war and American Empire if no other way then by force, but he has more brain matter than George.

My understanding is had he won the first time he ran for governor of Florida. He would have ran for POTUS in 2000. He definitely is the more smart of the two. I don’t think W is as dumb as made out to be but it’s clear to me that Jeb is the more intellectual of the two.
