Can you come rewire my house? The electricians who built this place made a number of… shall we say questionable circuit decisions.

I’m thinking the same thing at my new place - it’s a two story so access is pretty easy. May ask my contractor how big a job it would be to upgrade the guage of the wire (we have a mix of DIY shit - 12, 14 gauge - I worry about a circuit getting warm.
