Suddenly Breitbart “News” Loves the Pope
The dim-witted propagandists of Breitbart “News” have been viciously attacking Pope Francis for the past two weeks, accusing the Pope of “slapping conservatives,” “dissing” their hero Donald Trump, “failing social conservatives,” pandering to “LGBT activists” and the “big gay hate machine,” coddling undocumented immigrants, bashing free markets, falling for the “hoax” of climate change, and even “condemning millions to unspeakable misery.”
There are literally dozens of posts at Breitbart “News” bashing Pope Francis for everything he did on his trip to the US, and most of them repeat the refrain that above all, Pope Francis should stick to religious issues and keep his nose out of American politics.
But suddenly today, they’re singing the Pope’s praises and congratulating him for sticking his nose into American politics — and you can probably guess why: Huckabee: Pope Congratulated Kim Davis for Stand Against ‘Tyranny’.
However, the slobbering hordes of knuckle-dragging right wing commenters that complete the Breitbart business model are not so easily mollified.
Huckabee is a jacka$$ and the Pope is a socialist who should stay in the Vatican and keep his mouth shut!!!

What a coward the Pope is. Met in secret. Kim Davis had more courage.

Great the socialist Pope meets in private to show support. Hey Pope, you want to show some real leadership then this should have been your topic to our senate and congress and president versus a PRIVATE meeting. Show some real backbone and show the world that you believe in what you are preaching too.
Thousands of comments in this vein, with very few positive toward Pope Francis.
