The moment they announced that nonsense, I was saying that it was only a matter of time before someone tagged it. Guess the NYPD realized this and needed to devote an entire protection detail to this piece of crap.

And by piece of crap, I mean they’re renting this thing for $9 an hour, but cops on detail cost $30 an hour. So $159 per hour, for a two month trial that shows that this thing can’t go anywhere without a protection detail that would be better used by splitting up and patrolling multiple stations or locations within Times Square station.
