If the President is found to be in violation of the law by his Congress and their High court, he is subject to removal. They found him guilty and he decided to continue to flaunt their laws by having his supporters break into military offices to distribute ballots. It became obvious he was trying to stage a popular movement against the government so the high court ordered the military to remove him from the country which was legal. He had his due process under their laws.
