Obama doesn’t know his history. Churchill resorted to all kinds of asymmetric warfare tactics to hurt the Nazis. That includes tactics we now would call terrorism. That he was forced to resort to such tactics, which were kept secret, shows how outnumbered and outgunned Britain was before the U.S. entered the war.
