Assuming Ukraine has been testing the javelins on accurate depictions of caged Russian tanks, this could be good news for the effectiveness of those missiles.

Speaking purely as an armchair pacifist, I do hope the Javelins have a 90% or better success rate. But I fear that if they inflict too much damage Putin will go straight to war crimes and begin carpet bombing.
