re: #119 wheat-dogg
The French Revolution, the Russian Revolution, the Chinese revolution, the Cuban revolution were all responses to the extreme economic and political disparities between the ruling classes and the working classes. The ruling classes never learn from history.
It’s not such much as never learning from history as thinking it’ll be different this time; sort of like, “We know the lessons of history, therefore, it won’t happen to us this time”.
