I’m assuming she’s separating them out so she can stick to her agenda. I’m hoping she’ll change her mind entirely at some point. Not likely, but stranger things have happened.

I’m going to say “that’s very optimistic of you”—and I don’t mean it in a snarky way at all. It is a lovely sentiment, and it’s important to hope and to struggle in tandem. I hope everyone changes their mind about hate and tribalism: they’re the opiate that Marx didn’t identify.
