That’s giving me 1L flashbacks. You can bet that someone will try to abuse this, by purposefully creating an embryo for freezing, so as to maneuver assets in a way to avoid taxation or to engage in estate planning. Either way, it’s a scam that the AL SCT has enabled. Because some rich white guy will try to take advantage of this.
