Ummm.. no that’s not how that works. The law was unconstitutional on its face and even though it was touched twice in the 20th century, the underlying premise remains unconstitutional. They know it was racist and unconstitutional as originally written, but the rewrites don’t cleanse it of the racist intent and purpose.
