WE did the Ring because we just wanted to see who came when we were gone.
If I was to get nanny cams or all weather cams, I would not use Ring. I suspect I would be charged another fee.
You can just buy cameras and use with a phone app. No contract with Ring.
Ring may raise rates again…..like everyone else

Pretty much my thoughts also. More and more I want things that work well with my iPhone and with HomeKit.
