There is a whole lot wrong with any exemption to the birth control mandate.

You pay your employees in benefits and wages. You might object to them spending their wages on alcohol, gambling or strip clubs, but as long as it is legal, you cannot forbid it.

RELIGIOUS FREEDOM means you are free to tell employees that you object to certain things out of religious grounds, not to deny them those things.
