She read the actual statistics on testing in the US and S. Korea. The reporters claim that S. Korea had done 5 x more testing per capita than the US was just flat out wrong. Should she have agreed with him just to stick it to Trump?

No, she shouldn’t.

Checking reporting on per capita testing in South Korea and the USA, it’s noted the USA slightly surpassed South Korea today (11,861 versus 10,862). That said, six weeks ago, South Korea was seven hundred times ahead of the USA per capita.

It may have been outdated data the Yahoo! reporter was using.

As for FOX, the Washington Examiner, and other sites claiming the reporter apologised to Mr. Trump on Twitter, that is not true.
