When the layoffs come, the ones working at home will be the first to go. Not just at Tesla either.

I go into the office at least two days a week. Work until lunch there, see people, have conversations, then go home for the afternoon and use Zoom. I should probably get an official company backdrop rather than just having my home office on screen.
