Well yeah. That’s a true libertarian. And no “states rights” either I’m afraid to say. That is there should be guaranteed rights across state boundaries. For instance gay marriage. The talks is to amend the Constitution to say that marriage is between a man and a woman. I say otherwise. We should amend the Constitution to say that marriage can be between a man and a man or woman with a woman. Including trans-folks.
