I have some sourdough in the back of the fridge that I haven’t used in like 3 months. It’s probably still alive, I should refresh it.

I know a couple of folks here in Hayward that would say it’s just getting ready :D Let’s simply say their bread has some hardcore sourdough “tang” to it.
