This is a category error. Trump talks this way on purpose. And yet, if you read above, the MAGAts understood him perfectly. You extend this charity at the peril of all of us.

Trump can’t simultaneously be a dementia addled incoherent liar and keen purposeful orator. That the MAGAs interpret it in some other way is not my problem. The MAGAs don’t matter in this election. It’s about the independent voters.
