Dersh is not a moron. He is a lying unprincipled sleazebag who distorts every argument in favor of his client; he has no loyalty to anything other than winning — and he is deliberately and maliciously promoting the notion that Biden is corrupt — that there is no ethical difference between Biden and Trump. He is evil.

I saw a couple of tweets by former students who said Dersh essentially comes down to “it’s the lawyer’s responsibility to advocate for the client up to just before the point of breaking the law.”
