Considering how folks have pointed out that he had gloves on, look for his attorney to insist that the lack of fingerprints on the murder weapon means they can’t prove he used it to commit murder.
That depends. For instance, was he wearing gloves when he loaded the magazine of his weapon? Because if he wasn’t, he left fingerprints on the shell casings. And I’d imagine ballistics analysis can trace it all back.
