Clever. Plausible deniability. If/when the Russians start screeching, NATO can turn around and say, “Hey man, it’s not us. It’s Poland (or Czech Republic, or Slovakia, or Estonia). Go talk with them.”

Biden: We’re not supplying weapons to Ukraine at this moment. But we are supplying them to Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Estonia.
