I can see environmentalists and animal activists being the first people to embrace lab-tuna and then when celebrities embrace it, a lot of other people will as well. I’d try it and if it tastes good, I’m in. I eat veggie burgers pretty much once a week.

My preference is Portobello sandwiches.
