He will try to get state legislatures to reject the votes and award him their electors. We will see if SCOTUS gives a boost to this scheme by adopting the radical “Independent State Legislatures” theory that the Constitution gives state legislatures sole authority within their states to regulate federal elections.

The problem he has is that he needs a state run by Republicans that would vote for a Democratic president. Name a state right now that, if the votes in 2024 are the same as they were in 2020, that he would win if the legislature granted them?
