I think what’s confusing there is that some registered users appear to be inactive… that is, to have registered a screen name and subsequently only logged in occasionally to cause trouble… for example, when poster ’ registered since 2007, three comments’ suddenly starts showing up in a bad mood, you have to figure they had tucked that name away to be used in the even of their blogdeath (banning). It doesn’t mean that you have to post a certain number of times or face consequences.
