I eat tofu. It’s pretty good if you freeze it then crumble it and use it in taco filling or sliced and glazed. It’s cheap too.

People who claim to hate tofu are either still clilnging to bigoted stereotypes from a generation ago, have never had it, or had it once from a bad Chinese restarauant and think all of it’s like that.
