1) There are no Indian casinos in Vegas that I know of.

2) Saying “Don’t blow your money on XYZ when you are saving for/can’t afford ABC” is not being intrusive or destructive, it’s just good advice. Ironic and hypocritical perhaps, but neither intrusive nor destructive.
