Schools used to do fine, then all of a sudden, they had to change, and it went downhill from there.

The biggest mistake was trying to increase graduation rates. I”m all for supporting kids and encouraging them to stay in school, but the achievement is meaningless when the standards are changed to make it more accessible to those who can’t or won’t earn it.
