It’s literally insane that these people look at this slovenly rich guy, who raped women, cheated at business, and displays every vile character flaw you’d scold your kids for, is “close to Jesus” just because he mouths words at you.

It’s not that. It’s because their pastor told them to vote for Trump because he hates abortion, and God hates abortion, and Trump’s gonna make Christianity the national religion and then we’ll be one nation under God again, and no more kneeling for the national anthem or disrespecting the police or any of those un-patriotic things.
