We educate everyone, not just those who pass exams for academic tracks. The test scores are apples-to-oranges comparison.

I’d like to see a special education comparison.

That is one complaint I hear regularly from teacher friends. She has two autistic children in her class and their test scores are factored into the whole.

How is that right?
