Like the science of AGW or evolution, nuclear energy is yet another field of science that should not be politicized, yet regrettably has been.

Right here, in the 21st century, we are holding ourselves back in so many ignorant ways, I don’t see how future generations could ever forgive us.

Until you can find a way to recycle nuclear waste in a way that doesn’t produce weapons-grade plutonium, until you can remove the second edge of that sword that also powers Natanz and Bushehr, I highly doubt nuclear fuel will be that much of a sustainable alternative to fossil fuels as compared to solar and wind development.
