I would imagine that the Calvinball court will call those armed people insurrectionists, allowing Trap to call out the military, an exception to the Posse Comitatus Act. Heck, he may not even wait for the Court. He would likely cal them all traitors and have them shot.

This will turn into outright civil war very fast. This is why we have to win at al costs in November.
