Sad about the children. One would have thought they would at least have sent their young children to safety when they are leading a civil war.

I don’t think he can at this point. There is no way to leave the country without permission from NATO, and I doubt they will grant it unless he agrees to also leave with the kids.

That leaves us back at his ego maniacal selfishness though, doesn’t it?
