For all that it matters. Cal is going to go at least 2-1 for Biden, keep both Democratic Senators, and a clean sweep of state-wide offices. Might even pickup some currently red House seats, as well.

why it matters —

if delegates are awarded proportionally, the guy who gets 54% of the primary vote gets 54% of the delegates and other candidates get the rest. If it’s winner-take-all, the guy who gets 54% of the primary vote gets more than 20% of what he’d need to win the nomination on the first ballot.
