It has a bit more use. Our seriously autistic grand-daughter is one of those who respond quite sharply to wheat and dairy. A wheatbread sandwich guarantees a meltdown and massive headaches for a couple hours. The science on this is incomplete, but the interaction isn’t subtle.

Yet it still remains to be true that everyone doesn’t need it. It’s a trend that people buy into because they think it will give them super-human strength or fit-in at the workplace.
