I remember when The Who were touring in 2019 and Townshend gave a series of interviews where he was like “I’m glad and Entwhistle and Moon are dead because they were hard to play with“, and everybody ran for the nearest fainting couch.

I’m like if you’ve followed Pete Townsend for a minimum of five minutes, this is just business as usual, lol. Dude is never at a loss for words or a great/controversial quote.
