Well, she is admitted to the bar; I.e., she’s a lawyer. That could be taken away from her, whether or not she actually practices.

The thing is, there is no bar requirement for SCOTUS, so it would just be embarrassing.

Of course she practices. She’s the solicitor general, furgawdsakes. She’s been representing the Administration in Supreme Court hearings for more than a year.
