I don’t think I’m disagreeing with you, although I could have phrased it differently. I’m saying that I’m a sympathetic Jewish person, who would be their natural ally on this war, and they are alienating me completely. That it’s resulting in terrifying violent threats against all Jewish people is exactly my point.

I’m thinking that this topic is too complex to effectively discuss it here.

As you note, it is easy to phrase things less than optimally. It is easy to misread and make assumptions. There is a lot of ground to cover. Plus there is a lot happening. And a lot of emotions associated with the topic. And sometimes we don’t have to agree with everybody about everything.

Let me say this, I appreciate your postings and contributions here and look forward to reading them.

Personally, my goal is to understand what is happening to the point that I can reasonably predict events and understand why they are happening.
