Gaddafi’s troops are strained, meaning there may not be a huge amount of protection, and Gaddafi’s men’s morale is low.

Not likely. The missiles have a range of about 12 miles. Unless the rebels already have launch sites staked out, they really wont be able to respond with anything they have.
